Stephen joined Recovery Resources, Inc. in 2003 as Clinical Director and has been Program Director since 2005. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management and Master's in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University and is certified by the Florida Certification Board as a Certified Addictions Professional (CAP). He has been active in the field of mental health and addictions since 1994 with specialties that include dual diagnosis,  psychopharmacology and legal issues.




Michelle Schrader, Chief Operating Officer

The daughter of Bill Schrader, Michelle joined Recovery Resources, Inc. in 2005, bringing with her more than 20 years management experience having overseen operations for a large local contracting company. Her personal skills and business acumen bring a wealth of direction and organization to the company, from managing daily operations for all of our campuses to coordinating insurance and funding issues for each of our clients.

Terry Cook, Financial Director

Terry joined Recovery Resources, Inc. in 2010, bringing with him a wealth of business, financial, insurance and organization skills that make him an ideal compliment to our administrative team. He holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Central Oklahoma and helps oversee all aspects of our day to day operations.

A graduate of Recovery Resources, Inc., Susie has a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Western Michigan University and worked for many years as a felony probation agent. She operated her own businesses in the private sector and worked in health and education for a philanthropic organization in addition to serving on the national board of a non-profit organization. Susie's experience in recovery and knowledge of the courts and legal system makes her a valuable asset to our Admissions Department and Court Services team.

With a Bachelor's Degree in Business and English from New York University, Judy brings more than 25 years experience as a national media and feature magazine writer, communicator, speaker and public relations liaison to our team. She is the owner of JDMedia, Inc., which specializes in those arenas.

A graduate of Recovery Resources, Inc., Lindsay's enthusiasm for the field combined with her compassion for others makes her a welcome addition to our team.

A graduate of the Stetson University School of Business, Douglas represents a cross-trained professional with both a knowledge of recovery as well as business practices. He is uniquely equipped to successfully guide our clients from the admissions process through every aspect of their treatment. His unique understanding of each client's needs, coupled with his business and operation skills,  makes him an treasured asset to our organization.
